What is HeartMade?+
HeartMade is a free web app that lets you create beautiful digital gift cards. Your recipient clicks a link, unwraps an animated gift box, and finds your personal message inside — no app or sign-up needed.
Is it free to use?+
Yes! Two gift box designs (Pink Classic & Blue Dream) are completely free with no sign-up required. Premium designs and customization features are available with a 1-Day Pass.
What is the 1-Day Pass?+
A 1-Day Pass is a one-time access code that unlocks all premium gift box designs and customization features (custom colors, animation effects) for 24 hours.
How do I unlock premium templates?+
Click "Unlock Premium" on the Create page, then enter your access code. Your premium access is saved in your browser — no account needed.
I paid but didn't receive my pass — what do I do?+
Please email us at support@heartmade.love with your payment confirmation. We'll send your access code as soon as possible.
How do I share my gift card?+
After creating your card, copy the link and share it via LINE, WhatsApp, email, or any messaging app. The recipient doesn't need to install anything.
How long does the gift link stay active?+
Gift card links are permanent — they don't expire. All the card information is encoded in the URL itself, so the link works as long as you have it.
Can I submit my own template design?+
